Hi everyone,

The problem I'm experiencing is basically my cursor at times becomes a very very large size, being triggered by certain programs. I've checked in the control panel dialogue to make sure that it's not simply being increased in size there, but the dialogue shows it as the normal size (not large or extra large).

The programs that I've found to trigger it are VLC Media Player (but only while playing certain videos, oddly), and going fullscreen with a flash video (in a browser, not VLC).

Here is an example of what I'm experiencing. (I'd have screenshotted instead of blurry phone camming it, but well, SS's don't get the cursor AFAIK, not by default at least.)



And another, which I'll explain more about below.



As you can see in the picture I'm running Windows 7, not vista. I'm posting in here because I actually had the same problem in Vista about a week ago (which had been occuring for a while). I finally got fed up and decided to install Win7 in hopes it would alleviate the problem :cry:.

Funnily enough, if I increase the cursor size in the control panel dialogue it gets even bigger, or should I say ginormous...



Here's more information that might prove to be useful:

OS: Windows 7 RC1 64bit
GPU: ATi HD 4670 (x2, CrossFire)
AM3 Phenom II x4, 6GB DDR3

At the moment (and since I installed Win7) I am not overclocking any component in my computer, just running stock. I am using the Win7 drivers supplied by ATi, and Vista 64bit for everything else.

I hope that's enough information to go on, if not, I'm ready to supply =).
