Hi,
I have a business in which there are 6 pc’s – three of them are running WinXP Home O.S and the other are three laptops Windows Vista home premium Operating System. In this business there is a software which is installed locally on each computer. I wish to create a small server with 6 to 10 users. The demands of the server are as followed: - I need the software will be on the server and every user will be able to access it via his/her pc. - I need a VPN connection that all the laptops will connect to the domain through it and work on the software. I know that I must build an organized array in the AD in which I'll manage all the users so I wanted to know if I can get more info about what I need to know before applying this transition. Moreover, what do I need to know in order to configure the necessary things ? I know AD and Gpo but I'll be happy to get directions on what I need to notice? Thanks a lot to all. |
