 Deleted temp files - Cannot connect to internet

I deleated the temp folders on my computer and now I can't connect to the internet. I've tried to install a new webbrowser, but it cannot complete the installment since it says that it cannot connect to the internet. Nothing is wrong with the connection, I've tried with other computers. ...

Deleted temp files - Cannot connect to internet
I deleated the temp folders on my computer and now I can't connect to the internet. I've tried to install a new webbrowser, but it cannot complete the installment since it says that it cannot connect to the internet. Nothing is wrong with the connection, I've tried with other computers. I have vista. What shall I do?
