How as she deleted everything on the account without knowing the password?, I'm assuming you cant acces the computer on an administrator account? if so - Google safemode or just restart your computer and tap 'f8' and use the arrow keys to find the safemode option. Safemode will allow you to use the hidden administrator account to change/delete passwords or accounts, providing there hasn't been a password set for that to.

I suggest If There is no problem just format the computer this will delete everything, I hope there is no important data on computer as you have just purchased it.

Or get your hands on a copy of "The Ultimate Boot CD" and enter the password recovery! There you can change it to what you want then enter the account and remove it.
