Default Dell D600 error message

You could just do a Windows repair which will keep all settings and data intact, but you will need a matching disc to what you currently have installed.

You could also start fresh but again unless you have a CD that goes with your license number you will get stuck.

Dell normally supply discs for their machines or will probably send one to you upon request.
