Hi.

I have a Dell Inspirom 9300 notebook. I got it December 24, 2005. It didn't come with a reinstallation disk. I don't know why it didn't, but it didn't.

Is there any way I can totally wipe out my computer and start again?

I tried system restore...but I didn't notice any change.

Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks,
Rachael

All Dells come with re-install CDs.

Dig them out and boot of the XP disc, than follow the instructions.

I understand that they should, but mine didn't. It just didn't.

But I called Dell and even though my warranty is long gone, they are going to send me one.
