Could you take a screen shot and upload it here?
I'll explain a bit better.
From left to right even this box I am typing in now is not straight anymore.
It seems that HP are aware of it because the live chat person knew about it straight away.
I have asked them to update the dgraphic drivers so as to include pin cushion settings etc.
I doubt they will and I'm out of warranty so don't know what to do.
is the whole screen at 90 degrees? or is it just a slant??
if its at 90 degrees. try pressing CTRL + ALT + the up arrow

No everything is rolling off towards the right.
It's getting very annoying.
Wow, that's a new one! I assume you are missing say the bottom right of your screen then? The system tray?
I think I am a signature, therefore I exist!I believe a higher being has me as a signature...
Does the same thing happen in BIOS and Safe Mode ?

I Im going to check my bios right after I've finished working.
I'll be back to post results soon
I hate to tell you this, but this is a hardware issue with your HP.
I read about this some while back, I believe on early models of the 1910 Laptop.
I dont think there is much you can do, other than moan to HP and see if they'll fix it for you for free.
Your confirmation that the problem exists in BIOS, outrules any driver or OS issues.
Damn... I'm out of warranty.. Do I still have rights?
How about wedging some paper under one corner?
Warranty shouldn't be an issue, it is a known fault.

.... sorry
Have you tried plugging in a VGA Monitor ..... if that works, it could be a partial workaround.
