Default DHCP Server not able to assign the ip to the clients

Hi,
There are 200 client machines in our network environment. All of sudden nobody is getting the ip addresses. I was not able to find the root cause.
I checked the DHCP server, logs and event viewer. Everything fine in the server, but still clients are not getting ip.
I am sending this to you after configuring static ip to my machine.
Please suggest to get rid of this.

Regards,
