 The Differences Well here goes.... I've got a laptop that has Factory installed Windows XP, the laptop has the Product Key stuck onto the bottom. I was just wondering if the product serial key will work on an OEM version of Windows XP. | The Differences if you mean to install xp on another computer thats piracy and it wont work. if you mean install xp oem on your laptop i dont think it will work as you will have to go through registration.

| The Differences What i meant is that will my XP Home Edition COA product key on my laptop work on an OEM version of Windows XP Home Edition. The COA key on my laptop is Legit. The XP OEM Home Edition is also Legit. |
