try to reinstall xp last night.during the install I keep getting a error code 007(alphanumeric error).Is there anyway to fix it or get around it to install xp.I have a intel pen.4 with a 2.93 gig proc. with 640 mb of ram.harddrive is less then a year old and the computer itself is only about 2 years.Can somebody please help I can't do anything til I get this fixed.

Error code 007 is telling you that your windows lincense has expired, you won't be able to re-install as it stands.

I'd contact MS about a new license. Explain the situation to them, it's a bugger i know, and they should give you a new one.
