Hey there,
I am getting an error message when trying to RUN an online game called Poolsharks. I've been playing the game for the last few months on my old computer and it worked fine, however, i've recently upgraded to a new computer and when i try to run the game, i get this message: "Failed within client game: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception HRESULT: 0x8007000B)" I've read somewhere that this is caused by trying to run a 32bit application on a 64bit system, but I've been searching through google and cant seem to find a straight forward solution to the problem. I am kinda new to the board and a virtual novice when it comes to technical computer stuff, but i would really appreciate any help with this issue. Thanks Dave. |

You might need to emulate the 32-bit environment. Right click the application and choose properties. now select Compatibility, then opt for 32-bit windows mode.
