I am trying to do a reformat and fresh install of windows on computer that previously had XP but when I put in the disc it goes to windows setup then loads everything and before it gets to where I can tell it to repair or do an install of windows xp it comes up and says "FILE PCI.SYS is corrupt" and to press any key to reboot. I have used this same disc on a couple of other computers to reinstall windows with no probelm. Any idea what to do? Thanks

Try cleaning the CD. If no better, try copying the CD .... sometimes drives can be picky.
If the disk wont copy, it's corrupted.
