I have an old lap top that I hardly use but would like to pass on to somebody else now. It is windows XP and I cant remember the user or admin passwords. I have tried entering in safe mode but it still stops at the 'login' page and tells me the old password has expired and I need to make a new one.

I unfortunatly dont have an XP disc as this laptop was an ex-demo from Currys. Can anyone put me in the direction of how to 'reset' these passwords from out side windows OR a good website to create a boot CD.

Thankyou
Pete
