Default Help on booting up laptop please

When i start my laptop up this blackscreen comes up n says...
'We apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.
If your computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose Last Known Good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked.
If a previous startup attempt was interupted due to a power failure or because the Power or Resetbutton was pressed, or if you aren't sure what caused the problem, choose Start windows normally.
Safe mode
Safe mode with networking
Safe mode with Command Promt
Last known good configuration
Start windows normally'
If i click anyone of these options then windows starts to load up then flashs and restarts the laptop and goes back to this screen, any suggestions guys??

you may have some defective hardware. try removing the memory. that tends to cause restarts like that. if it isn't that, it may be your hard drive. if you can remove it and try booting with another one from a friend or one you have lying around, you can check the rest of the laptop to make sure nothing is broken that way. basically, if it works with another hard drive, then your own hard drive was defective.

if it still doesn't work, you have a defective part elsewhere.

for now, remove the memory and see if that helps.
afterwards, check the hard drive. or if you can't, i'd suggest perhaps buying a new one. they're not that expensive really.
