Default Help with creating new User Account on Windows XP?

To create a new user go to your control panel and then go to user accounts, it will be pretty self explanatory from there to create a new user. It should have something to click on that says "Create new user account" or pretty close to it, and unless when you installed the programs and selected "for me only" (or something close) and not "for all users" then i dont know how to add them to the new user except by reinstalling or repairing, but alot of the programs should automatically be available for the new user, you can even make it so that user can only access specific programs and nothing else!i hope this helps

The above answers specify how to create a new user.If the program was installed for all users, then there will be files underC:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\All Users\ProgramsIf the program was only installed for a particular user, go into the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\\Programs and copy the files to the new user that you have just created earlier.
