Put the CD in and reboot the PC, as long as the CD is set as the 1st boot device you will be asked to hit a key to boot from CD.

It will say when booting "press any key now to boot from cd"
Keep an eye out for that

i have tried all the above with no sucess !
i am running a core 2 duo 6400 on MSI P965 Neo motherboard. when i turn the PC on it comes up with the MSI graphic and then asks me to press F1 to continue, when i press F1 it just loads up Windows XP and does not give me any option to load from CD drive ! if i disable the hard drive in bios would this work do you think or would this not be a good idea ? any info on this would be appreciated chris |
