I've done all the malware stuff and antivirus programs.
Non have seemed to work, well apart from telling me that there is no problem on that front.

My computer has recently been running Really slow, starting up extremely slow than it used to and the sound and video playback has gone all jittery and jumpy.

I dont know what to do now and I'm not fantastic with computers but I'm good at following advise..

Does anybody have any Ideas to give me a hand???
