i have a dell inspiron E1705 and my computer is really crappy. i got some virus and cant get rid of it. its making me not able to pick up any internet and just lots of spy ware and crap like that. i want to do a full system restore and just go back to the factory settings and just start from scratch. the only problem is, is that i dont have my reboot discs. i got the computer in 2006 and ive moved twice since then and just lost them somewhere. is there any way to to do a full system restore w/o the discs and w/o having to buy something. thanks!

Well what you could do much easier is go to the virus thread and let the virus experts rid you of your infection. They ARE really good and highly trained.

Agree with Bubba try the forum link he put up for you m8, its a lot less hassle than re-doing your pc, then
looking for all the drivers and going through the various updates
