Default Help!!!!!! system error 102

this one has been eating at me for a month now
i get random reboots with this error .....when i look back in event viewer it shows service control manager(7023) error then system error then starts minidump ......
i have updated all drivers changed some of the hardware
like the video card and memory dont have nothing else hooked up except dvd/rom
so i got pissed off and reinstalled windows xp pro
everything seemed ok until everything updated and boom!!!
blue screen again 0x000024 error with abunch of other numbers but these change
it seemed after service pack 3 was updated i had this trouble
or it might be just coincidence
kind of thinking it might be harddrive but was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction
thanks.......running asus as77 mobo with amd 2800+ chip
i have added the minidump file if anyone can figure it out
thanks any help will be like gold!!!!!

The 0x00000024 error relates to the NTFS File System on your Hard Drive.

There could be a problem with the drive itself going bad or it's possible it has become heavily fragmented.

Try running chkdsk /r from the command prompt and see what shows up. It may take some time depending on the size of the drive, so be patient

Well .... as you have already changed the Ram and reinstalled XP, it does rather point to the drive itself being faulty.

I would suggest grabbing a new HDD and hopefully you will lose the problem.
