Default Help! (vista)

I am hoping that someone here knows the answer to my problem!

I want to be able to instal programmes on just one user account but i dont know how! When i installed OpenOffice.org i was given the option to install on just one or all user accounts, however, on other installations i was not given this option. Is there any way that i can install programmes on just one user account (i am the administrator).

Thanks

I might be wrong on this as I don't run Vista either, isn't the admin account the one that installs the software then gives permissions to the other accounts for use.

Thinking about this a bit more it's all about permissions really cos whatever is installed is on the PC and taking up space regardless of which account it's installed on, just a matter of who has permission to access it .
