| i am having this error message every couple of hours and it seems to change my theme to something like windows 98, I am currently running windows vista ultimate |

| Does it say anything else apart from "host process for windows services stopped working and was closed"? There are so many things this can relate to really, is it a laptop you are running? It has been know that if there is 1 individual stick of memory in it, it can be caused by that, alot of people have fixed it by adding another
