Ok.. pretty much what the title says really.

But just to break it down to idiot level:

I have a large collection of movies and TV series on my Hard Drive.

At the moment, the icon is a screen shot of the film from about 15 seconds in or whatever.

However, I would much rather set the icon to being the cover art for that particular movie. It would look much neater and would also make identifying the films much quicker and easier.

Although the only things I can do is change folder, .exe, and desktop icons.

Also default icons for file types if you break open the registry.

But that's not what I want, these movies are all AVI's, MKV's or MP4's (which, depends on several factors)

And I want each video file, of say 300 of the same type, to have it's own seperate icon.

Thanks, Ollie.

You might find it quicker and easier to consider something like ExtremeMovieManager it will give you all you want plus a lot more.

Theres a free download (limited to 50 Movies/TV Shows) that you can have a play with.
