ok i not asking ayone to do everything for me but i just looking for guidance as i still will have to try anything on vm ware. i have looked up google but it all telling me to use virus but cantdo that. i trying to learn and just need help. ta

Look for hidden files in C:\.
Google their names and see what they do.
Consider if deleting some of them might be a bad thing.

That should be at least three, then "format the entire HDD" is four. :p

Insert XP Installation CD, start an installation and remove the disk, just after the format.
