Default How do I get my Treo 650 to work with my company's

Exchange 2003 Server and Outlook 2003? The company does not use POP3 or IMAP. Uses a VPN. I can use Microsoft Web Mail, but it is clumsey. I'd like to use Versa Mail or similar product.

You need to setup VersaMail, Exchange Active Sync and it should have a setting to put in your microsoft web mail server and email address where it will get all your info from.

You also need to realize that there is a common problem with Outlook 2003's sync with the Treo. There cannot be any appointments without an end date (fix this before trying to sync the first time) and there cannot be any appointments that cross over the midnight point (you will have to create these as two appointments -- one going until 11:55, and a second starting at 12:05 -- for instance). You may also need to reset your outlook folders if you have a problem with the sync between the two (or if you have already looked for and corrected non-ending appointments and midnight ranged appointments). To do this...Go to start (on your PC) and click "run" and type in the following:outlook /resetfolders (there is a space before the slash, but there is not one after it). This will resolve most sync problems that happen with Outlook 2003 and the Treo. I don't currently use an Exchange 2003 Server -- but www.Palm.com does cover this topic in the support section of the website.
