 How do I stop windows sidebar launching ?

Hi
I somehow got windows sidebar to launch everytime I start up my PC but can't remember how to stop it ?
Any advice gratefully received !

How do I stop windows sidebar launching ?
To configure your Windows Sidebar right click on the icon found in the notification area and choose Properties.
The Windows SidebarProperties window will be launched. If you want to disable the Windows Sidebar, uncheck the "Start Sidebar when Windows starts" option.
