hi, i have been trying to format a primary hard drive, firstly it had windows 2000 pro and then i ran the installation disc for windows xp pro and installed that and then now when i start up it comes up with 3 options

boot with : windows 2000 pro
boot with : windows xp pro
boot with :winodws xp pro setup

i would just like to know how to format the primary (only) hard drive in the computer, this would help me greatly and save a lot of time, can anyone help me,

You boot from a Windows CD and at some point you will be asked if you wish to format.

Note - All data will be lost so remember to back-up any personal stuff first.
