Default How to solve My WINDOWS 2000 stays "STARTING...

...WINDOW" forever? There are virus in my WINDOWS 2000, and can not pass the "STARTING WINDOWS" screen, even I tried to use SAFE MODE.

Default How to solve My WINDOWS 2000 stays "STARTING...

Try using and boot to last know good configuration. If that doesn't work, take your hard drive to a friend who has a virus scan program. Plug yours into his system as a slave drive and scan it. If I knew what your virus is might be able to help a lest drastic way.
