Have 2 DC at HQ site. All FSMO roles are on either of the 2. Subnet has been defined.

Have a DR site with one DC. Subnet has also been defined.

Now we notice that ldap queries are sent to the DR location. so if we switch off the DC at that location, users cannot log in.

What I am missing here? What should be setup?
