| Hi, The other day I went to turn on my laptop and I can't get the windows desktop to turn on. I tried turning it on in safemode, but it still stops at a plain black screen with an arrow that can move around. Like it is trying to load windows(without an hourglass though). I thought I could try to turn it on in safemode and do a system restore but it won't work that way either. Does anyone know of a way to go to safemode, or get to windows using the command prompt, and what to type in? I am trying to fix this before having the spend a lot on taking it in. Thanks |
