 I can't put wallpaper on my desktop!

Can somebody help me with it? I keep doing it, but all what it can do, is show me colors, but no wallpaper. Anyone knows what it is, and how it should be fixed?...

I can't put wallpaper on my desktop!

ive had this problem before
are you trying to set a wallpaper from a saved picture or from the internet? i couldn't set wallpapers from saved pictures and it turned out to be a virus

what AV have you got and have you done any scans?
personally id contact evilfantasy, he's hand in hand with virus removal
