Can somebody help me with it? I keep doing it, but all what it can do, is show me colors, but no wallpaper. Anyone knows what it is, and how it should be fixed?

ive had this problem before
are you trying to set a wallpaper from a saved picture or from the internet? i couldn't set wallpapers from saved pictures and it turned out to be a virus

what AV have you got and have you done any scans?
personally id contact evilfantasy, he's hand in hand with virus removal
