Hi there I am a student studying computing and I’m almost at the end of me HND. But I am stuck on something and need help.

Here is my situation I need to be able to stop certain user from getting access to the internet (they should only be able to access internal and external e-mail) and other user should be able to have full access to the internet at all times.

Here is my setup I am running a active directory server with a DNS and DHCP also installed on to this server I have added all my users and groups and my DNS is up and running and so is my DHCP. I have also set up the clients PC running windows XP PRO (it is part of my domain and all users are able to logon to the domain)

I am also using a smoothwall firewall which is fully set up and work. I am able to ping the internal network (where my server and clients are), the DMZ (my web server) and the external network (the internet)

So can anyone help me out if you need any more information I will reply ASAP

Thanks for any help

Sean
