Here is the info from system information:

I have already done a re-format and fresh XP install and newest drivers, but it hasnt solved it. I tried to manually change IRQ but of course found it was greyed out and i couldn't!

I have reached the end of my tether and PC knowledge,so I'm hoping someone on here can help!

Thanks.

There is an issue with your video card. Try reseating the card or change the the slot it's in if you can. If this doesn't fix the problem you may need to replace either the motherboard or video card.

Hi, thanks for replying. I have tried re-seating the video card before, to no avail. I was hoping it wouldnt be a hardware issue = expense!
