Team,
Please help me. I have a Vista laptop which I have recently changed my password on, not a problem however my shift key doesn't work and I need it to put in my password any indeas???

Not been able to use my laptop for several days now!!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Niether shift key works and I need to put in a * which caps doesn't do!!!

Never tried this before but it might work, there is a little icon (looks like a timer) down the bottom left when you login, click it, it gives you options of how you want to login, one of them being on screen keyboard
Might work :)

Edit: Just tried it, it works

with on screen keyboard
