hi i need a little help i have had a laptop for about 12 months it is an acer and the last couple of munths it will freeze and come up with a blue screen and i have just got a desktop acer had it for 2-3 days and that has started doing the same thing can anyone help please as acer said if they find it is a software problem i am going to get charged so i dont know to send them both away or not?

Start with doing spyware and virus scans on both of them.
