I recently downloaded windows XP SP2 updates and restarted my computer and now its crashed. I have tried safe mode and last good configuration but it has not worked. I don't have the resource CD or Drivers CD. I tried the boot from CD option ...

Laptop won't boot up.
Model: HP - Compaq nx9010
I recently downloaded windows XP SP2 updates and restarted my computer and now its crashed. I have tried safe mode and last good configuration but it has not worked. I don't have the resource CD or Drivers CD. I tried the boot from CD option with a CD I got with a dell desktop but that did not work either. The information on this computer is important to me, so if any one can assist, I would greatly appreciate it. It loads to just after the windows xp screen with the loading bar and as it is going to load the password screen it restarts. Please Help. Thanks for any assistance. |

Laptop won't boot up.
You will need the correct XP CD for the machine to fix this, if you do not have it contact the manufacturer.
