Default Magnification Tool Comes Up at Log on Screen, Goes Away Once Logged in

Any ideas? tried to disable it but it just comes back. anyone know where we can fully uninstall the ease of access center or just the magnification tool....

Can't really uninstall it as such... it's a feature of the OS.

Most likely a registry fault or possibly virus. Could you tell us if you still have this issue before we delve in deeper?
