Messed up my Fonts, pls Read!

Default Messed up my Fonts, pls Read!
I installed way over 4K fonts to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts, and they included default Windows fonts also. I need to kno how I can delete all the Font but leave the default Fonts there, thus a default C:\WINDOWS\Fonts.

Doing a system restore to a time before you installed all those fonts is probably worth a try.
