|
hi... tried installing my new canon camera software... a dll error came up saying i do not have "microsoft.net.framework.2.0". so it would not auto install. i have searched for it on the microsoft website but i am totally confused.. seems to be too many on there but i cannot see one that relates to xp sp3...

maybe you should del 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50257
|

You'll need to restart your computer after installation of .NET framework as well. Maybe the cannon software installer didnot detect the .NET framework as your computer was not restarted.
