I can't seem to get my Volume Control to stay on my taskbar. I went to Control Panel --> Sounds & Audio Device Properties and enabled it on my taskbar. This does add the Volume Control on my taskbar, but when I restart my computer it goes away. I then went into my Taskbar & Start Menu Properties --> Customize Notifications. I ensured that my Volume Control behaviour it set to Always Show.

Are there any other ways in getting my Volume Control to show? I am running Windows XP Service Pack 3

I've tried updating my computer and updating my audio drivers. No luck. I am not getting any weird errors from Windows either.
