| I just moved in with my roomate so i set up a guest account incase he wanted to use my computer for w/e reason when im not around. After I set up the guest acount I moved some of my personal files into my own folder so it cannot be accessed on the guest acount but only on my account. one of these folders was a hidden folder and now I cannoy access it. to access it i always just typed it in like C:\Folder name.............and it loaded up, now I cannot find it. My personal account name is 'riley' so I thoguht it would move to C:\Riley\Folder name.........but it says its not there any bit of help would be very much apreciated. thanks! |

| Have you tried to click 'start' then 'search' then 'all files and folders' and just follow the on screen prompts? If it's contained in the hdd(s) anywhere this should find it.

| Another way is guess were about you think it chould be or just go searching, but you can go to Tools/Folder Options/View/Hidden Files And Folders/Show Hidden Files And Folders (This can be found in my documents) . Might help |

| i appreciate the help, i thought the folder was C:\Riley\Folder name but turns out was C:\Users\Riley\Folder name so i got it, thanks! |
