| Hi, I was installing an update onto my laptop and the power failed... Now any time I try to switch it on it brings up an error message (After the first initial screen) Can someone tell me how I can load it in safe mode or something like that to try and load a recovery system on it? I'm pretty dunce when it comes to computers, so if you can be as descriptive as possible!! ![]() Thanks |
