hi i just bought a computer about 1 and a half months ago, ive installed a few things on it since than.

my problem is that it is running pretty slow atm and i have no idea why.

could anyone please give me some help or advice on how to fix this problem, i dont know much about computers myself so help will be greatly appreciated
