well fitting an operating system from the last 20 years on a floppy is going 2 be hard :D, i think the only way is to copy the contents of the opertaing system iso onto your hard drive then you can boot a windows emergency floppy thing and run setup.exe from there. the only problem is that you need access to the hard drive via another laptop :(
thats the only pratical thing i can think of, you could go to a computer repair place or something and borrow their cd drive but some how i dont think they would do it for free and concidering that your laptop runs on coal id say that you are on a tight budget :) |

ha nice the coal made me laugh
i think ive found a way i have another laptop around to use gonna put the disk put into to two partitions copy the contents of of windows cd on one then use a win98 boot disk and run setup and install on other parition which i think will work :) |

how are you going to copy the windows files without your primary hard drive to boot from on the other laptop or can you put 2 hard drives in it? well anyway dont install windows using your second laptop because it wont work with your coal powered one :) but partitioning will still work
