Default Need Help Quick!!!

Hello,

Im new to the forum so be gentle!

Each time I try to start up a back screen comes up saying there has been a problem and that I need to start windows in the last know config, safe mode, normal mode etc.

When I choose normal mode it takes me to a blue screen saying my disks need to be checked for consictancy. If I let it run a full scan it gets to 77% and then ends up going to the black screen again. If I try any other modes (safe or command etc) nothing happens.

What do I do!!!!!!

Possibly a worn out hard disk? If you have an XP disk try running the recovery console after booting from it. Google recovery console commands to see what to try.
