I am having trouble starting IIS on Vista. I turn it on but there are
errors and then at the end of the session to get it going, it is not started.... I am on a brand new VISTA computer now. I am doing ASP.NET development. So I need to turn on IIS. When I do, I notice that the IIS feature is not checked. ![]() When I check it, it says that there is an error during the set-up process. ![]() But it seems to continue. Then, at the end of its process, it give me another error ![]() But it seemed that it worked because behind the error message, the items appeared to be checked. But it did not work. When I go back and look at the settings, I see that IIS is not installed. ![]() Any suggestions? |

I switched from Vista Enterprise to Vista Business and Vista Business did not have this problem.
