New Member Group

I am using Vista Home Premium 64 Bit.
Anytime I try to install anything.
It says the digital signature is not valid.
says..
Program_name has stopped working.

Will not let me install Anyting At all.
Please help Me before I give up and buy back XP

Are you the Administrator on the system? Are new sofware installs automatically blocked in control panel? need more info!
