Ive tried Boot CD's and Recovery Console next step is probably Reinstalling windows...I don't wanna take it to a computer store because they probs will charge $200 for a fix and probably a newer OS that my computer couldnt take so yeah any Ideas?

Hi Aultma, you shouldn't need to do a clean install, try the below first:
(I'm working on the premise you've XP)

1) Insert the XP bootable CD into the optical drive.
2) When prompted to press any key to boot from the CD, press any key.
3) Once you're in the XP setupmenu press the "R" key to repair Windows.
Log into your Windows installation by pressing the "1" key and pressing enter.
You will then be prompted for your administrator password, enter that password.
4) C:\Windows\Bootcfg /Rebuild
5) C:\Windows\Fixboot
6) Reboot your System

You may get asked to "add installation to boot list (yes/no/all). If so, press "Y"

If you then get asked for a "Load identifier" type in your os, or "Windows XP Home" or "Windows XP Professional" Anything would do really, but lets keep it neat. :)

You should then get asked to "Enter OS load options"

type: /fastdetect

Then exit the recovery console and reboot the pc.

This could well be virus related. Do a full scan as soon as you reboot.

For further info see Here and This may help also.

This is going to sound really stupid Aultma but you haven't left a floppy disk in the floppy drive that is not a boot disk have you?

Also did you check out the two links that Alex supplied?

Did you get any error messages at all?

Your boot sequence is fine mate but the quote below is a little confusing, where did you move it from?

Consider this excellent tutorial also.

Well the HD was 2nd in the boot sequence but me and dad Fixed the Sequence we opened up the computer and it still didnt work so tommorow we are trying to get my old HD to use as a primary so NTLDR is there and my Current HD the one that isnt working as a secondary because my First HD has run out of space so ill use my current one For space because it has 100GB Left

Ok put the original back as Primary Master, put it on the very end connector on the IDE lead ok.
The reason you had an NTLDR error message is because you didn't have an operating system on the second drive.
Put the second one back as Primary Slave on the middle IDE connector.

Put your DVDRW on the very end connector and the DVDROM in the middle.

Make sure the jumpers on the HDD's are set as Master for the original drive and Slave for the one that has 100GB left.

Do the same for the Optical drives.

Are you with me?
