You need a Windows CD that matches the OS you have and then you need to perform a Windows repair.

If you have Windows CD then insert into ur cd rom it will automatically detect or will be prompted but it is easy to copy it from CD or any other PC and then try to paste it onto the Root Drive where Windows is installed.

You Need a Windows XP CD or you Copy NTLDR files from any other Computer and paste into your own computer will resolve your issue. Try the best.

It means your OS has been correpted so, you need to install with windows CD. you need a bootable cd of your OS then insert in the cd/dvd drive then install this.
