Old PC Won't Boot - Many Blue Screens Kill It You said you were cleaning your RAM a few posts back, but I said to clean the inside right at the start, it is the first thing to do in this scenario and avoids wasting everyones time.
I never said to install Windows, I said repair, that does not delete data all it does is replace any corrupt files. If the Windows repair/install will not even load you have a major hardware problem.
Posting every 30 seconds is rude, you would not knock at someones house constantly for 30mins just because you feel they are not responding quick enough, be patient.
At the end of all this you need to start replacing parts, personally I think this is beyond your ability so it may be time to replace the whole thing or to take it to a specialist.
