Hiya All,

First real thread about problem so please go easy on me..lol, well here goes:

We have a desktop machine at work where we build from the network but there is this one Desktop machine that doesn't build and just keeps on getting the follwoing error message as anyone seen this before and is there a solution:

"Kernal Panic - Not Syncing: Attempted to Kil the Idle Task!"

Right on, sounds like a linux machine, have you tried a re-install. How long has the computer been running that installation and what operating system is it running? Need more info.

Its a Windows based machine, I might change the hard drive later today
